Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the merchandise.  Please do not remove any tags until you are satisfied with your merchandise.

Some items will not be returnable.  Items that have been decorated (i.e. embroidered) or altered (i.e. pants that have been shortened) either by you or by us are not returnable.  Special orders (items that we do not carry in stock but agree to order specifically for you) are not returnable.

Many items that we sell is warranted against defects in material or manufacture.  Rubber boots, rain gear, gloves and sox do not have a warranty. Our merchandise is not warranted to fit, or be comfortable, or make you happy.  If you believe you have defective merchandise, contact us by phone or email and we will tell you how to return it for evaluation and or credit.
